Joseph A. Cabrera, Executive Managing Director, Insignia/ESG

Mr. Cabrera has completed over 10 million sq. ft. of leasing
transactions in 100 cities during his 12-year career, representing
such companies as Harcourt Brace & Company, Reuters, Citicorp
North America, Inc., Bankers Trust Company, General Electric Credit
Corp. He handled Reuters' 855,000-square-foot U.S. headquarters
consolidation to 3 Times Square, one of the nation's largest
transactions in 1998. Prior to joining Insignia/ESG, Mr. Cabrera was
Northeast Regional President of The Galbreath Company, and a vice
president at the Edward S. Gordon Company.
Roger Clark, Senior Vice President and Development Officer (and
Partner), New Castle Hotels LLC.
Mr. Clark is responsible for overseeing all of the development
activities of his firm, a private owner, manager and developer of
hotels, with a portfolio of over 4,760 rooms and revenues of over
$150 million. His projects include the $100 million new
development program underway for Courtyard Hilton Garden Inn and
Springhill Suites. Prior to joining New Castle, Mr. Clark was
a Regional Development Director for Promus Hotels and was part of
the start-up development team for the Homewood Suites brand.
Collin D. Foran, Chief Executive Officer, Elkor Hospitality
Mr. Foran is responsible for the operation of existing hotel
assets for Elkor Properties, as well as the coordination of future
high-end boutique and full service acquisitions. Prior to joining
Elkor, Mr. Foran held the position of Vice President, Hotel
Acquisition and Asset Management with Cornerstone Real Estate
Advisors Inc. His primary duties included the asset management
of $250 million in full service hotels in addition to the
acquisition of over $400 million in strategic investments.
Howard Glatzer, Managing Director, Blackacre Capital Management,
LLC.
Mr. Glatzer is responsible for asset management for many of the
investments in Blackacre's portfolio, a firm which invests in real
estate equity, debt, and operating businesses as an affiliate of the
$6 billion Cerberus Capital Management L.P. fund. Mr. Glatzer
also identifies, underwrites, and negotiates new acquisitions and
investments. Prior to joining Blackacre, Mr. Glatzer was at Rockwood
Realty and KG Land.
Malcolm M. Kratzer, Partner, O'Melveny & Myers LLP.
Mr. Kratzer is a partner in the Real Estate Department of
O'Melveny & Myers LLP, one of the world's largest and most
preeminent law firms, with 12 offices and over 700 attorneys
worldwide. He has been practicing with the firm's New York office
for more than 11 years. With a practice that includes both domestic
and international real estate transactions, Mr. Kratzer has
represented numerous U.S. and international commercial and
investment banks, insurance companies, pension funds and other
public and private financial institutions in a wide variety of
acquisitions, dispositions, secured and unsecured financings,
securitizations, restructurings, workouts and leasing transactions
throughout the United States and in Asia and Latin America. He
received his BA from Princeton University and his J.D. from New York
University School of Law.
Dr. Marc A. Louargand, Managing Director, Research, Cornerstone
Real Estate Advisers, Inc.
Dr. Louargand is a Managing Director and co-founder of
Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers, Inc., a registered investment
advisor with $3.5 billion in North American real estate equity under
management and a member of the $200 billion MassMutual Financial
Services Group. His responsibilities at Cornerstone include the
development of investment strategy, the oversight of real estate
research for Cornerstone and its parent's $6 billion mortgage
portfolio, and oversight of Cornerstone's public market investments.
Dr. Louargand has published books and articles on corporate finance,
valuation, market efficiency, investment practice, and portfolio
strategy. He is co-editor of the Journal of Real Estate Portfolio
Management and a member of the editorial boards of the Journal of
Real Estate Literature, and the Journal of Corporate Real Estate. He
is also the past-Chairman of the Portfolio Strategy Committee of the
NCREIF, and a Fellow of the American Real Estate Society, as well as
a member of its Board of Directors. Prior to co-founding
Cornerstone, Dr. Louargand was a faculty member at MIT's Center for
Real Estate. He received his BA from the University of California at
Santa Barbara, and his MBA and Ph.D. from the University of
California at Los Angeles.
Pamela Meisel, Director, Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown, Real Estate
Investment Banking Group
Ms. Meisel has over 12 years of investment banking experience in
all areas of real estate-related finance, acquisitions, and
advisory. At Deutsche Bank, her primary focus is originating,
structuring, and closing high-yielding investment opportunities in
the U.S. and Latin America. She is responsible for acquiring and
underwriting over $8 billion of real estate assets in the U.S. and
Latin America, and advising the Mexican government on its first
distressed loan sale program. Ms. Meisel came to Deutsche Bank
(formerly Banker's Trust) from Citibank, where she was responsible
for acquisitions of loan portfolios, and securitization of
commercial mortgages, real estate workouts and corporate advisory
activities. Ms. Meisel previously worked at Goldman Sachs & Co.
and Salomon Brothers Inc. Ms. Meisel graduated with honors from
Indiana University School of Business and received her Masters from
the London School of Economics and Political Science in England.
Steve Provencio, Vice President, AEW Capital Management, L.P.
Steven Provencio is a Vice President with AEW Capital Management,
L.P., a firm with assets under management of approximately $6.1
billion nationwide. AEW has 280 employees in five offices across
Europe and the U.S. and currently invests directly in real estate
and real estate securities as well as high yield private equity, and
international investment. Mr. Provencio is responsible for a pool of
assets, with a value approaching $1.0 billion dollars and office,
industrial and retail space encompassing 3.5 million square feet.
Prior to joining AEW, Mr. Provencio was a member of the acquisitions
staff at Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers, Inc., a wholly owned
subsidiary of Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company, where he
was responsible for, among other things, sourcing, underwriting and
pursuing to a close, property in the Greater Los Angeles area. Prior
to Cornerstone, Mr. Provencio worked at McMillin Development and the
Lusk Companies and Tishman West Companies. Mr. Provencio received
his BA and MBA degrees from the University of Southern California.
Scott Tully, Principal, Taurus New England Investments Corp.
Mr. Tully is a principal of Taurus New England Investments Corp.,
with specific responsibility for managing U.S. and European
institutional relationships. In that role, he arranges both debt and
equity financing for Taurus acquisitions and recapitalizations
within the portfolio. Prior to joining TNE, Mr. Tully spent eight
years at AEW Capital Management, the final three years as a Managing
Director and Head of Capital Markets. In this role, Mr. Tully had
overall responsibility for the coordination of all sales and
financing activity, as well as the arrangement of equity joint
ventures, on a $12 billion institutional real estate portfolio.
Prior to AEW, Mr. Tully spent several years in commercial and
investment banking with Bank of Boston. Mr. Tully received his BA
from Yale University and his MBA from Boston University.
Barry Cosloy, Esq., Partner, Big 5 Accounting Firm
Mr. Cosloy is a 23-year veteran of his firm. He provides
AssetEye's management with strategic guidance on business matters
specifically related to start-up compensation and employment issues.
Mr. Cosloy also provides access to other consultants within his firm
that are recognized as experts in their respective fields.
