FOR RELEASE MARCH 13, 2009 Grubb and Ellis Realty Investors Selects AssetEye to Enhance its Portfolio Management and Business Intelligence Platform NEW YORK, March 13, 2009 – AssetEye Inc, a leading provider of portfolio management solutions for real estate, announced today that Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors, the real estate investment and asset management subsidiary of Grubb & Ellis Company, has selected AssetEye’s portfolio management solution to meet its intensive reporting and analysis requirements. Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors manages a nationwide portfolio of commercial real estate assets valued in excess of $6.5 billion on behalf of more than 50,000 individual investors. Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors will integrate AssetEye within a technology infrastructure that includes MRI and other industry tools supporting its real estate investment portfolio.
