Cornerstone Uses AssetEye Portfolio Manager
to Streamline Operations and Bring Together Property Managers, Asset
Managers, and Regional Directors NEW YORK, June
4, 2003 – AssetEye Inc., a leading provider of portfolio management
tools for commercial real estate, today announced that Cornerstone
Real Estate Advisers, the real estate equity investment manager for
Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company (MassMutual), is
deploying the AssetEye Portfolio Manager in its nationwide offices,
including its third-party property managers, with an expected user
community of over 600. Cornerstone’s portfolio comprises of some of
the finest office, retail, multifamily, and hotel properties
throughout the U.S.
Cornerstone will leverage its existing property
accounting system, MRI (Management Reports International), with
links to the AssetEye platform. AssetEye supplements MRI by
providing advanced browser-based reporting and charting.
Cornerstone will also employ AssetEye’s workflow technology to
automate its monthly property reporting, and quarterly client
reporting.
Cornerstone will deploy multiple user roles
through AssetEye’s central framework to provide a tailored user
experience for Property Managers, Asset Managers, Regional
Directors, Accountants, and other Cornerstone staff around the
country.
AssetEye will provide its ASP-hosted Portfolio
Manager during a transition phase, after which Cornerstone plans to
install and host the AssetEye system on its own internal network
platform.
